The customer must agree to abide by in order to use this service. This is what is expected of both the customer using the service and of the service business providing the service. SA Suppliers Hub will not be responsible for any third party claims.

The use of the search functions and SA Suppliers Hub portal services does not imply any contractual relationship between the Customer and the Supplier. In this sense there will not be contractual or quasi-contractual claims against the supplier SA Suppliers Hub. Likewise there will be no claims against the SA Suppliers Hubs concerning the online publishing services.

SA Suppliers Hub offers users and customers a simple use right- unrestricted in time and space- to use the provided information. This basic right is limited to the search and visualization of the information and only to personal use. Any other use of the provided information is prohibited. The industrial or commercial misuse of the information presented on the site is strictly prohibited: the creation of information directories, electronic or printed databases, the reproduction, processing or distribution of the information to third parties is prohibited as well. The customer can use the portal only in accordance with legal provisions, in particular with the regulations applied to data protection.

The Customer is aware of the fact that all rights and responsibilities arising from the use of the internet portal concerning published contents, particularly the copyright law and the right to use, for example the database and files regarding contact information, belong to SA Suppliers Hub or to third parties, especially to the clients and licence suppliers. Databases of the portal are protected by copyright.


On acceptance of quote, order to be placed as per quote above (by accepting this order you accept our Terms and Conditions as set out on https://www.sashub.co.za/terms-and-conditions/), please complete order form as per Quotation and send back to us with proof of payment of full amount.

If delivery is included – delivery to be dispatched/collected within 24-72 hours or as per alternative arrangement after receipt of this completed order, (subject to availability) and proof of payment once quoted price reflects in the bank.

In the event that a 50% deposit is required, the balance must be paid on collection or prior to delivery and must reflect in the bank.

Website Designing & Hosting 

What if I already have a domain registered?

We can launch your website onto your existing domain. We just need to make sure that your hosting has been set up properly. We will ask you for the control panel login details, which you can request from your current hosting company. The website hosting would generally be on Linux and support PHP/mySQL, which is required. We will  be assisting you to transfer the domain from your current host. 

Does SA Suppliers Hub offer copywriting services?

Yes, our copywriter can help you to say enough of the right things in the right order. Imagery is important but what you say about yourself is critical. You will also need to have a good Call To Action to drive behavior. Our website content copywriter will ask you a set of questions to prompt you for the raw content. Once we have the content then it will be reworked to a proper length and quality.

My website is not on page 1 of Google after it was launched?

Yes, that will not happen. Your website has to earn its way up the organic rankings. You have to prove to Google that you offer value, that you are relevant and that the user will have a great experience when landing on your website. You need to regularly update your website, make sure to use proper Search Engine Optimization techniques, have good internal and external linking, grow a good inbound link profile and your website needs to be mobile friendly. Google has changed their ranking method to look at mobile first, desktop second. This means that a website that doesn’t work well on mobile devices will rank lower, even if using a desktop to search for it.

Will the website be easy to edit and grow?

Yes, we develop our websites which is the most popular Content Management System in use today. It allows us to create advanced websites faster and at a lower cost. The editor allows you to easily change existing content and imagery and also add more pages or news posts. A wide variety of premium plugins are available to extend the functionality beyond the initial scope.

How much does a website cost?

The cost of a website is linked to how many pages there are and what functionality you need. Generally, you would use a standard marketing website with text and imagery. This marketing type of website is purely there to inform visitors about the value of your offering and to call them to perform some sort of action. A 5 page website would be able to handle enough of your company’s information to properly inform visitors. Additional pages could always be added after your website is launched.

You could also go for a one page website, but that would barely give a snapshot overview. One page scrollers, where you have multiple pages worth of content on one long page, can be used, but it limits the Search Engine Optimization as there are no individual, relevant pages to match to searches on Google.

If you are not sure what the scope of your site would be, go for 5 pages or more it all depends what type of business you have available. 

Prices quoted is estimates, reason being clients keep on changing the initial requirements. In the event tat something like this occurs costs will be  reviewed and client will be informed of changes.

How does the payment work when designing a website?

The standard payment method is 50% deposit to initiate the project with the final 50% paid on sign off, if not stated otherwise on quotation.

How long does it take to build a website?

It largely depends on how quickly we can get the website content and how quickly you give us feedback on updates that we’ve made and emailed to you. The ballpark range for finalizing a standard website is approximately 2 to 3 working days. Directory websites takes approximately 7 working days. Most of the delays is generally on the client’s side as we work very fast. If the order is placed on hold longer than 7 days, it will automatically be considered a cancellation of order and deposit as per order form/pro-forma of the total order amount will be payable to SA Suppliers Hub as cancellation fee. The onus rests on the client to provide us with the correct information that is required to build the sites prior to commencing with accepting order/commencing with site.  In the event that a client cancels an agreement after commencement of project, the deposit will be forfeited.  

 Can you help me to update our existing website?

If your website was created with via another program then we could update it. If the website contains low quality design, layout or content then it might be cheaper and quicker to just create a new one.

What is a mobile-friendly or responsive website?

With the increase of processing power and screen size of mobile devices, more people are visiting websites through their browsers on their phones or tablets. An average of 70% of your website visitors will actually be using smartphones. It is important to make sure that your website can adapt to the smaller screen and lack of a mouse. Websites that show on mobile devices should only scroll up and down, show the fonts and images at correct sizes and allow for a mobile menu, seen as the 3 bar hamburger menu.

Google will now rank your website in its search results based on how the mobile version of your website performs. This affects the ranking even when searching on a desktop PC. Google understands that visitors want to have a good experience and rewards mobile-friendly and responsive websites with better visibility.

How often should I update my website?

Google launched a Freshness update a few years ago. This is a change in their algorithm whereby they reward recently updated pages with better visibility in search engine results. They believe that if the content on a page has been change or expanded on then it must be more up to date than pages that haven’t been updated in years. You should look at updating or expanding on the content of all your pages every 6 months or so. Google wants to give a great experience to those people that visit the search engine since they may click on Google Adverts, generating revenue for the company.

Can SA Suppliers Hub update my site for me after the website design project is completed?

Yes, we will assist you with changes, removing or adding content on your website as and when required. We will also see to it that all updates is done promptly. This allows new features, bug fixes and security patches to be applied.
