Design of proposed house and or building;
Recommendations on building and/or suggestions;
Project management of building;
Building materials and bill of quantities;
Source of best priced quotations of materials;
Liase with Contractors and oversee building;
Setting of estimate time frames to adhere too at all times;
Quality control services once off (build in progress for owner’s
peace of mind)
Daily, weekly and monthly reports as required;
Building inspections as per SANS code of conduct with report
Please note: We comply with all building regulations for the
owner’s interest and peace of mind.
No deposits to be paid but only running costs, all materials
ordered to be paid by owner/employer
If not satisfied with build progress or quality of workmanship,
no payments for owner’s peace of mind
As we are committed, we can only accommodate one project at
a time.
Our own workshop available and storage facilities with forklifts
and fabrication of projects.
